How do I know I can trust your employees in my home?
Rest assured that all of our cleaners have passed a criminal background check, been fully-trained, and are always under the guidance of our management.
Who is going to be cleaning my house?
A maid that will provide excellent service, that you will feel comfortable with, someone who will respect and care for your privacy and valuable possessions. We make every effort to schedule you with the same cleaner each time.
Do I need to be home?
That is up to your discretion. We seem to be more relaxed and efficient when we don't have to be concerned about being "in the way". Even so, if you are more comfortable being home while your service provider is cleaning we welcome that too.
Do you use eco-friendly products?
Upon request only, at no additional cost.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand last minute interference sometimes occurs. We just ask that you provide us with 48 hours notice, so that we may make the appointment available to other homes in need of a cleaning.
Do you guarantee your service?
100% satisfaction guaranteed. If something was missed and you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will send the team back out at our expense to correct the problem.
What time will you arrive?
Unfortunately we can't guarantee what time the housekeepers will arrive because each home gets the attention it deserves and not a pre-determined amount of time. Still, we always try and stay in contact with you and give you a time frame for the arrival.
Do I need to clean up before my cleaning?
We do our best to pick up, remove clutter, and move the things necessary to be able to clean. However, if something looks fragile or broken we will not move and the surface may not get cleaned entirely.
